Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a Double or Twin ensuite room, inclusive of on site parking;
Low Season £47.50 - £50.00 per person per night.
High Season £48.50 - £52.50 per person per night.
The Studio ensuite room £50.00- £57.50 per person per night B+B, minimum 2 nights stay.
Single rooms from £48.50 per night B+B. We do not offer parking with single rooms from 2012.
Family ensuite room, 2 adults and 2 children from £115 - £135 per night B+B.
Extra bed in some large double or twin rooms - £20 per night.
Discounted rates apply for 3 or more night breaks on all the above prices.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Deposits/ Cancellations and further information:
A deposit maybe required when making a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if the accommodation is re-sold at the appropriate rate or cancelled at least 28 days prior to your arrival. For bookings cancelled within 28 days of your arrival the deposit is non refundable and 80% of your entire bill will be debited from your card if we are unable to re-let the room. Cancellations or alterations to your booking should be made in writing. We recommend you take out appropriate holiday insurance to safe guard against illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cheques are accepted only with a valid cheque card. Debit and credit cards accepted.
We allow one parking space per room booked, trailers etc maybe possible but please confirm with reception before arrival.
We regret we
do not allow Dogs.
