Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a Double or Twin ensuite room;
Low Season -£42.50 - £45.00 per person per night.
High Season - £45.00 - £47.50 per person per night.
Studio ensuite room - £50.00- £52.50 per person per night B+B, minimum 2 nights stay.
Single rooms from £47.50 per night B+B.
Family ensuite room, 2 adults and 2 children from £115 - £125 per night B+B.
Extra bed in some large doubles or twin rooms - £20 per night.
On short breaks and stays of 4 or more nights we offer a 10% discount on all the above prices.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Deposits/ Cancellations and further information:
A deposit maybe required when making a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if the accommodation is re-sold at the appropriate rate or cancelled at least 28 days prior to your arrival. For bookings cancelled within 28 days of your arrival the deposit is non refundable and 80% of your entire bill will be debited from your card if we are unable to re-let the room. Cancellations or alterations to your booking should be made in writing. We recommend you take out appropriate holiday insurance to safe guard against illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please inform us if you are planning to arrive after 6.00pm so that suitable arrangements can be made to greet you.
Cheques are accepted only with a valid cheque card. Debit and credit cards accepted.
We allow one parking space per room booked, trailers etc maybe possible but please confirm with reception before arrival.
We regret we do not allow Dogs.
